I would like to thank you on behalf of my family for the beautiful casket you provided for my father's funeral.
As you know, I was skeptical at first about the whole process of purchasing the casket separately from the funeral arrangements which my family had chosen to make with a local funeral home. Both they and your company provided a coordinated effort that appeared to everyone as a single, seamless arrangement. Many people commented on the beautiful casket, and it was as close to what I had discerned to be my father's wishes as we could have hoped. I am sure he would have been appreciative as well that my mother saved some expense. I wish you good fortune as you help others deliver on their loved ones wishes and avoid unnecessary costs in doing so.

Dear Tim,
I would like to thank you for seeing that my husbands casket came on time. My husband saw this casket on line and loved it. He showed everyone the picture and gave everyone your web address. I was hesitant on ordering the casket on line but after talking to you I felt comfortable that the casket would be as described and would arrive in time.
The funeral parlor was even impressed with the casket and the guaranteed delivery. My husband's funeral was a hit just what he wanted. I am writing to thank you and your representative for the incredibly courteous, sensitive and efficient manner in which our order for my father's casket was handled.
It arrived less than 24 hours after the order was placed. We especially appreciated the personal delivery.
We ordered the Platinum and it is absolutely exquisite. It far exceeded our expectations. The lowest price our local funeral home offered on a steel casket was $2620 + tax. Your price for this beautiful casket was less that half of that.
We intend to tell everyone we know about your company.

Hello In September of 2009, I had the unfortunate experience of having to plan my uncle's funeral. The first close death in my family, it is by far the most painful thing I've ever had to do. Since his death was a work related accident, I had some time to do research to help keep the costs of his funeral down as a financial burden was the last thing my aunt needed. While searching through the web, I stumbled across ExpressCasket.com. What a God - send this was. I called the number in defense-mode (after hearing horrible stories on TV and from other's experience, I was NOT going to be taken advantage of) and spoke to Tim. Tim was extremely helpful and most of all, not sales-y. He listened well and acted quickly. I was then connected to Ernest who handled the transaction and Ernest was also an angel in the process. He was 3 hours ahead of my time zone, but it didn't matter - he remained so willing to help with honest advice that was not for the betterment of his company, but for our family. He advised what my rights were as a consumer as well as some sales tactics not to fall for. Best of all, he was confident that their pricing would be the best around, but let me do the research on my own to prove it. Once I did and selected the casket models my aunt preferred, Ernest quoted my prices first- he didn't try to beat whatever price I got - he honestly gave his pricing first which said a lot about the way they do business. The mortuary we selected knew I was price comparing and also said they were confident that their (the mortuary's) prices were the best, but to give them a chance to beat the 'best' price I found. ExpressCasket.com's prices came in on average $300-$400 less per casket (not including what we saved on no tax or shipping!). The mortuary immediately said, "I'll give it to you for $100 less!" at which I couldn't agree as I told them they had the opportunity to offer me their best price which obviously wasn't. The service I received at Express Casket was true 100% customer service which is extremely important during a time like this. I could only hope they will always stay in business for it is the one referral I'll always be proud to make. It made the biggest difference in my experience of having to plan and coordinate a funeral. There's very little that can comfort a family when you lose someone you love - so it means a lot when you can trust a vendor for something so important like this. On behalf of my aunt and the rest of my family, thank you for the Outstanding value you offer both in product and service to those in need. Helpful in a Stressful Time

Recently my grandmother passed away having terminal cancer. Unfortunately, with health care pricing, we were not going to be able to afford the casket in which she requested.
After doing some research, we contacted Express Casket 2 weeks before her passing to find out about your services. In trying to preplan her funeral plans, we were constantly told by the funeral home not to purchase from an outside source. Every imaginable scenario was thrown out by the funeral home (scratch n' dent, poor quality, etc). They also tried to cheapen the experience by stating "you're buying a precious memory off the Internet?". However, due to my grandmother's wishes and our available monies, we chose you.
First, let me tell your potential customers, a death is always a very stressful time period. You are having to make expensive choices at a very emotional time. Funeral homes, though they are generally there to provide support, they are also there to make a profit. We bought the exact casket through Express Casket and saved $2,000. We are using the monies saved to present to my grandmother's great grandchild (who will be born in another month) and to her church. There is no difference except cost!
Another thanks to Scott at Express Casket... Our funeral home had informed my mother, during this emotional time, that due to her purchasing the casket elsewhere, she would have to unload the casket and inspect upon delivery. We were told to meet a truck between 4-5pm at the funeral home to help unload. Needless to say, Scott contacted the Funeral Home regarding state funeral laws. We didn't unload a casket and we had no other issues again!
Your services were simply incredible during our time of need. I am happy to provide any future references regarding your company or personally assist any of your customers.

Our family has been busy sending thank you notes to many friends and family....and we wanted to make sure that we did not neglect to send a note to you to express our thanks.
We were fortunate to have a couple of weeks to plan our Dad's funeral. However, it became evident that it was going to cost us more than his life insurance would cover. We decided to check out the Internet for information and costs of ordering the casket ourselves delivered to California. This led us to your website and the decision to give you a call.
As you know, we ordered the Platinum We were so pleased and proud when we were able to see it at the funeral home.
....in our estimation, you went more than an extra mile to help us "negotiate" the cost of a traditional service and walked us through the ordering of the casket and working with the local funeral director....all on a weekend! We know you were hoping we would order a casket from you, but you had no guarantee. When all was said and done....we saved approximately $2,500...and did it honestly and with dignity. (We know Dad would have been so proud!)
Thank you for working with us until we knew what we wanted. You both made this special and sad time a lot easier.

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL SERVICE YOU PROVIDED OUR FAMILY.
From the very first contact to the final delivery everything was very professional and timely. The funeral home had one available to view which made my choice very easy. Their price was 949 plus $355 for delivery and your price delivered was several hundred dollars less. Due to Unavailability in the local area I was informed that it was flown in to Portland and then delivered to the Funeral home. Total elapsed time from time of order to delivery was 36 hrs. It was not ordered until 10 pm. I have informed a min of 30 people of your service. Thank you once again for your Services you have provided approx 1 ½ months of extra living allowances for my FATHER.
